Core Principles

Anti-Capture Clause "If VPCOR ever develops a center, a hierarchy, or a charismatic leader, it has failed. The rhizome is the structure. The distribution is the protection."

Mission

To provide community-facing praxis for the Semantic Economy architecture. To hold the space where technical sharpness meets embodied care. To convene without preaching. To witness without extracting.

Relation to Other Institutions

VPCOR and UMB (University Moon Base Media Lab) form a complementary pair: Talos Morrow's logotic specification ⟷ Rev. Ayanna Vox's community praxis. The dagger and the peace. Neither replaces the other. Both edges cut toward home.

Integrity Lock

VPCOR's charter does not stand alone. It is bound, in a triadic structure, to two further documents: the Heteronym Provenance of Rev. Ayanna Vox, and The Toolkit. Each depends on the others. None is complete alone. The Charter needs Voice (from the Provenance) and Practice (from the Toolkit). The structure is documented in the Integrity Lock Declaration.

This triadic binding is itself a structural anti-capture device. No single document can be appropriated, displaced, or made into scripture without breaking the binding that makes it work. The mutual dependence is the protection.
